Fees must accompany application forms ( Visa or Mastercard is accepted on email applications and regular mail applications will accept VISA, Mastercard or personal cheque/money order only. Do not mail cash
Registration is on a first come – first serve basis. Online registration will be available January 2010 – or you can download the registration form from the “Register Now” link, and mail or fax it.
