JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Kitchen Staff is responsible for:
- Reports directly to the Camp Director
- For carrying out the kitchen staff tasks as directed by the camp cook. These tasks are as follows:
- Assistance in preparing food (e.g. Peeling potatoes)
- Preparing desserts as directed by camp cook
- Washing dishes
- Washing the kitchen floors
- General clean up of the kitchen
- Distribution of food
- Meal set up
- For being aware of and following the directions of the health inspectors in regard to food preparation and kitchen and personal cleanliness
- For being familiar and having “bought into” the camp philosophy and goals
- For safeguarding the Camp Cadicasu Association of Calgary, Board of Directors and fellow staff members against litigation resulting from negligent behavior on his/her part
