JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Off Season Program Coordinators are responsible for:
- Reports directly to the Camp Director
- To assist the Executive Director in providing information, securing reservations and information about user group of camp facility in the off-season
- To facilitate arrival and departures of incoming guests
- To facilitate extra services required during the stay of incoming guests (e.g. food services; program coordinators; maintenance personnel; etc.)
- For safeguarding the Camp Cadicasu Association of Calgary, Board of Directors and fellow staff members against litigation resulting from negligent behavior on his/her part
- To be on-duty (when applicable) during the entire duration of any scheduled out-of-season rental at the camp facility
- For assisting other seasonal staff members in the carrying out of their duties when not otherwise involved in Executive Director directed tasks
- For being familiar and having “bought into” the camp philosophy and goals
- For safeguarding the goodwill of the guests and the community-at-large
- For safeguarding the Camp Cadicasu Association of Calgary, Board of Directors and fellow staff members against litigation resulting from negligent behavior on his/her part
