HISTORY OF CAMP CADICASU
Since 1930, Camp Cadicasu has been creating outdoor experiences of exceptional quality and depth. Our fun and relaxed atmosphere along with caring staff provide a supportive environment for individual growth in self confidence, creativity, independence and awareness of others. Each child’s contributions are valued in a community based on mutual respect and shared adventures.
Operating for the past 77 years in Bragg Creek the Camp has decided to move it’s location to the Kananaskis Country to a more remote location to be in greater touch with nature and it’s wonders of large wooded areas and open playing fields which will provide an excellent setting for the many activities our campers will experience.
Camp Cadicasu is run in the Catholic tradition, but is not limited to persons of that faith only.
It is with great pride that we have been able to continue our support of young people in need with subsidies to allow everyone the opportunity to enjoy the camping experience. It is our objective to continue to offer 10% of our total seasonal enrollment to this special group of campers on a first come, first served basis.
